Marketplace is a comprehensive eCommerce solution that enables University of New Mexico departments to efficiently create, manage, and operate online stores and virtual storefronts. It provides a secure, centralized platform for processing online payments, supporting shopping carts, and integrating with other web-based applications, delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience for campus constituents.
Marketplace strengthens institutional oversight by centralizing financial controls and technology infrastructure, while empowering departments with decentralized access to day-to-day reconciliation, reporting, and operational management. This model allows departments to launch branded, fully functional online storefronts without the need for significant internal IT resources.
