Billing Information and Dates

Billing statements are generated monthly on the night of the 10th.

Note that a statement may reflect a $0 balance due. This is because there was activity in the billing cycle that resulted in you having a $0 balance. You will receive no future billing statements if you have no future account activity.

Current Students, Faculty, and Staff

Monthly billing statements will be delivered electronically as early as the 11th in the Bursar Account Suite, found in LoboWeb. An email notification will be sent to UNM email accounts when the bill is available. Text message notifications may also be opted into. Customers can authorize other parties, such as parents or a spouse, to view and/or pay their bill by making them an Authorized User, also done in the Bursar Account Suite.

Effective with the October 2023 billing statement, paper statements will no longer be mailed to current faculty or staff.

Former Students, Faculty, and Staff

Monthly billing statements will be mailed to the active Mailing Address on the UNM record. If NetID is still active and LoboWeb still accessible, address can be updated in Demographic Self-Service found in LoboWeb. Otherwise, you may call our office to confirm and update your address.
