Retirees are billed once a month for the portion of their insurance for which they are financially responsible. Billing dates and other billing information can be found by clicking here.

Bills are mailed to the Mailing Address in your record. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your current mailing address. Bills are also available over LoboWeb. Questions regarding your bill and payments can be directed to the Retiree Liaison in the Bursar's Office.

Questions about insurance coverage, changes in status, or other details about your insurance must be made directly to Retiree Services in the Human Resources Department. You can also visit the Human Resources website.
